Welcome to The Secret Ski party, a curated and invite-only event experience set in the mountains of Gulmarg, Kashmir. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before participating in our event. By requesting an invitation, purchasing a ticket, or attending The Secret Ski party, you agree to these terms.

These Booking Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use of our website, as well as any other relevant information provided (including but not limited to details in the "About The Event" section on our website), form the contractual basis of your agreement with Secret Ski Party (registered name: APAS AGENCIES, GSTIN : 01ASLPA9822D1Z7, REGISTERED ADDRESS : 158 A/D, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, 180004.

Please review these conditions carefully as they outline the mutual obligations and rights concerning your booking with Secret Ski Party.

By confirming your booking, the primary individual named on the reservation affirms on behalf of all participants listed that:

  • (a) They have read and understood these Booking Conditions, along with any general information provided and agree to abide by them.
  • (b) They acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with adventure travel in a mountainous and remote location like Gulmarg, Kashmir.
  • (c) They consent to our processing of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are authorized to disclose personal details of everyone included in the booking to us, which may include sensitive information such as health conditions, disabilities, and dietary requirements.
  • (d) They confirm that all members of the party are over 18 years of age and meet any age requirements specified for the services being booked.
  • (e) They declare that no participant has any pre-existing medical condition or disability that may interfere with their active participation in the event. If this is not the case, they agree to consult with us prior to making the reservation so we can determine the suitability of the planned activities.
  • (f) They accept financial responsibility for making all payments for the booking on behalf of everyone named on the reservation.

These terms ensure that all participants are adequately prepared for their adventure at the Secret Ski Party. If you have any concerns or questions about these conditions, we encourage you to reach out to us directly to ensure clarity and provide you with the best possible travel experience.

1. Event Participation

  • 1.1 The Secret Ski party is an invite-only event, and only those who have received an official invitation may attend. We reserve the right to deny admission to individuals who do not meet the event’s curated standards.
  • 1.2 All attendees must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the event.
  • 1.3 The event involves outdoor activities such as skiing, snowboarding, and trekking. Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for their personal safety.
  • 1.4 By attending The Secret Ski party, you agree to follow all instructions provided by event staff and guides. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without a refund.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

  • 2.1 A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your spot at The Secret Ski party.
  • 2.2 The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 60 days prior to the event.
  • 2.3 If full payment is not received by the due date, your reservation may be cancelled without notice.
  • 2.4 All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by The Secret Ski party organizers.
  • 2.5 The travel experience is priced at ₹1,50,000 per person plus applicable taxes.

3. Cancellation and Event Changes

  • 3.1 The Secret Ski party reserves the right to cancel or modify the event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, political instability, or other force majeure events.
  • 3.2 In the event of a cancellation by The Secret Ski party, attendees will be offered the option to receive a full refund or reschedule for a future event.
  • 3.3 Any changes to the event itinerary or schedule will be communicated to attendees as soon as possible. No refunds will be provided for changes to the schedule, location, or content of the event.

4. Travel and Accommodation

  • 4.1 Attendees are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of their own travel to and from Srinagar, Kashmir.
  • 4.2 The Secret Ski party will provide accommodation in Gulmarg as part of the event package. Accommodation is shared unless otherwise arranged.
  • 4.3 The event organizers are not liable for any travel disruptions, such as flight cancellations, delays, or missed connections.

5. Health and Safety

  • 5.1 All attendees are required to have travel insurance that covers skiing and other adventure activities. The event organizers will not be responsible for any medical expenses or accidents during the event.
  • 5.2 Attendees are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and able to participate in the activities offered at the event.
  • 5.3 The Secret Ski party adheres to all health and safety regulations. Attendees must comply with local health guidelines, including any COVID-19 protocols that may be in place at the time of the event.

6. Conduct and Behaviour

  • 6.1 The Secret Ski party aims to foster a positive and inclusive environment. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • 6.2 Attendees must respect the local culture and customs while in Kashmir. Any behaviour deemed disrespectful or harmful to the local community may result in removal from the event.
  • 6.3 Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The event organizers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the event.

7. Photography and Media

  • 7.1 By attending The Secret Ski party, you consent to being photographed and filmed by event staff and third-party media partners. These photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
  • 7.2 Attendees are welcome to take their own photos and videos during the event but are not permitted to use this content for commercial purposes without prior approval from The Secret Ski party organizers.

8. Intellectual Property

  • 8.1 All content, branding, logos, and materials related to The Secret Ski party are the intellectual property of the event organizers. Attendees may not use or reproduce any materials without permission.
  • 8.2 Any unauthorized use of The Secret Ski party’s intellectual property will result in legal action.

9. Privacy Policy

  • 9.1 The Secret Ski party respects your privacy. Personal information collected during the invitation and registration process will only be used to organize and run the event.
  • 9.2 Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

10. Liability Waiver

  • 10.1 By attending The Secret Ski party, you acknowledge and accept that outdoor activities such as skiing, snowboarding, and trekking carry inherent risks. The event organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the event.
  • 10.2 You agree to release The Secret Ski party, its organizers, staff, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the event.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • 11.1 The Secret Ski party reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered attendees.

12.Adventure and Risk

  • 12.1 The Secret Ski party offers various outdoor adventure activities, including but not limited to skiing, snowboarding, and trekking. These activities involve inherent risks, including personal injury or death, and participation is at your own risk.
  • 12.2 It is your responsibility to ensure you are in good health and physically capable of participating in these activities.
  • 12.3 We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers adventure activities and medical emergencies.
  • 12.4 The Secret Ski party organizers, guides, and staff will take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety, but they cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the event.

13. Changes and Cancellations by You

  • 13.1 If you wish to cancel your participation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
  • 13.2 If you cancel more than 60 days prior to the event, any payments made (minus the non-refundable deposit) may be applied to a future event within 12 months.
  • 13.3 No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations made within 60 days of the event.
  • 13.4 If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another eligible individual with our approval, provided that person meets the event’s requirements.

14. Changes and Cancellations by Us

  • 14.1 The Secret Ski party reserves the right to cancel or modify the event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather, political instability, or other force majeure events.
  • 14.2 In the unlikely event that we must cancel the event, attendees will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling to a future event. No further compensation will be offered.
  • 14.3 Changes to the itinerary or event schedule may occur due to operational reasons or in the interest of attendee safety. These changes will be communicated as soon as possible, and no refunds will be given for such modifications.

15. Responsibilities and Liabilities

  • 15.1 The Secret Ski party is not liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or other loss that may occur during your participation in the event, except where caused by gross negligence on our part.
  • 15.2 We are not responsible for delays or failures in the performance of our obligations due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or mechanical failures.
  • 15.3 Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements, and we are not liable for any losses incurred due to missed flights, transportation delays, or cancellations.
  • 15.4 Any damage to property or accommodation caused by you or your guests will be your responsibility, and you will be liable for the full cost of repair or replacement.
  • 15.5 By attending the event, you release The Secret Ski party, its organizers, staff, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from your participation.

16. Cutting Your Edition Short

  • 16.1 If, for any reason, you choose to leave the event before it concludes, no refunds or credits will be issued for the unused portion of the experience.
  • 16.2 Should any circumstances arise that force you to depart early, The Secret Ski party is not responsible for additional expenses you may incur due to this early departure, including transportation, accommodation, or any other associated costs.

17. Optional Excursions and Activities

  • 17.1 During the event, optional excursions or additional activities may be offered that are not included in the event package. These excursions and activities are entirely optional and are offered by third-party providers, which may or may not be affiliated with The Secret Ski party.
  • 17.2 Participation in any optional excursions or activities is at your own discretion and risk. The Secret Ski party is not responsible for the performance or safety of these activities and will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or issues that may arise during participation.
  • 17.3 We recommend that you ensure you are adequately insured for any such activities, particularly if they involve physical or adventure-based experiences.

18. Travel Arrangements and Changes by Us

  • 18.1 The Secret Ski party may assist in organizing local travel, airport transfers, and accommodations for the event. However, these arrangements are provided as a convenience, and we do not take responsibility for any delays, cancellations, or changes in the arrangements made by third-party providers, including airlines, accommodation providers, or transportation companies.
  • 18.2 Changes by Us: We reserve the right to make changes to travel arrangements, accommodations, or transportation if necessary. While we will do our best to provide notice of any such changes, no refunds or compensation will be given for these modifications unless they significantly affect the overall event experience.

19. Passports, Visas, and Vaccinations

  • 19.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport with at least six months of validity remaining from the date of travel, along with any required visas for entry into India and Kashmir.
  • 19.2 The Secret Ski party is not responsible for any issues related to passport, visa, or entry requirements. If you are denied entry or experience delays due to incomplete or incorrect documentation, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
  • 19.3 Attendees are responsible for obtaining any necessary vaccinations or immunizations prior to traveling to the event. Please consult with your doctor regarding recommended vaccinations for travel to Kashmir.

20. Travel and Cancellation Insurance

  • 20.1 We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal injury, loss of personal property, and participation in adventure activities such as skiing or snowboarding.
  • 20.2 The Secret Ski party is not responsible for any costs incurred due to travel delays, missed flights, or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances. Appropriate insurance can provide coverage for these incidents and is highly recommended.
  • 20.3 We will not provide refunds or compensation for cancellations or missed event participation unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions. Your travel insurance may cover such instances, so please ensure you have reviewed your policy thoroughly.

21. Health, Disabilities, and Medical Conditions

  • 21.1 You must inform us in advance of any pre-existing medical conditions, disabilities, or special needs that may affect your participation in the event. Failure to do so may result in you being unable to participate in certain activities, for which no refunds or compensation will be provided.
  • 21.2 We strive to accommodate participants with disabilities, but some activities may involve physical exertion or environmental conditions that could limit participation. It is your responsibility to consult with your doctor prior to joining the event to ensure you are fit to participate in the planned activities.
  • 21.3 You must bring any required medication, and ensure you are aware of the nearest medical facilities should you require them during your stay.

22. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

  • 22.1 As a participant, you are required to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations while attending The Secret Ski party.
  • 22.2 Any illegal behaviour, including drug use or possession, will not be tolerated and may result in your removal from the event without refund or compensation.

23. Compliance with Local Laws and Customs, Adventure and Risk

  • 23.1 Participants must respect and follow the local laws, customs, and traditions of Kashmir and India. The region may have different cultural expectations, and you are encouraged to familiarize yourself with local customs prior to the event.
  • 23.2 Adventure and Risk: The Secret Ski party involves adventurous outdoor activities such as skiing and trekking in mountainous terrain, which may carry inherent risks. You are responsible for understanding these risks and making an informed decision about your participation. While we prioritize safety, we cannot guarantee a risk-free environment. By attending, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own discretion.

24. Environmental Responsibility

  • 24.1 The Secret Ski party is committed to preserving the natural beauty of the Himalayan environment. We encourage all participants to adhere to sustainable practices during the event, including minimizing waste, reducing plastic use, and respecting local wildlife and nature.
  • 24.2 Participants are required to follow any environmental guidelines issued by event organizers, and failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund.

25. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • 25.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately.
  • 25.2 It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions before the event to ensure you are aware of any changes.

26. Emergency Contact and Support

  • 26.1 You are required to provide emergency contact details before the event. This should be someone who can be reached quickly in case of emergency during the event.
  • 226.2 In the event of an emergency, our team will coordinate with local authorities and medical facilities to provide support. However, participants are responsible for their own medical expenses, and we recommend having comprehensive health insurance that covers emergency medical evacuation.

27. Third-Party Services

  • 27.1 The Secret Ski party may include services provided by third-party vendors (e.g., local transportation, guided tours, or accommodation). While we work with reputable providers, we are not responsible for the performance or conduct of third-party services.
  • 27.2 Any issues arising from third-party services should be addressed directly with the service provider. We will assist with communication but cannot guarantee compensation or refunds for their services.

28. Itinerary Changes Due to Local Conditions

  • 28.1 The itinerary for The Secret Ski party is subject to change due to weather conditions, road closures, political instability, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to ensure that alternative arrangements are made where necessary.
  • 28.2 No refunds or compensation will be provided for changes to the itinerary that are outside of our control, including changes to scheduled activities, excursions, or accommodations.
